Dianthus caryophyllus 'SuperTrouper™ Orange' ('KLEDP06080') is commonly referred to as SuperTrouper™ Orange Carnation. This selection is part of the SuperTrouper™ series and features extra large, carnation type ruffled blooms of orange to apricot. Spicy clove-scented, double blooms are great for cutting, containers and attract bees, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. Blooms sit atop low mounds of narrow gray-green leaves that stay compact.
SuperTrouper™ Orange Carnation is easy to grow and thrives in full sun in neutral to slightly alkaline, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal for beds, borders and cottage gardens.
